		i)  for a charging capacitor
		ii) for a discharging capacitor.
	   Using these equations (or otherwise), determine whether voltage
	   across capacitor increases or decreases during these processes.

	   the potential difference across the capacitor after one time constant
	   be  for	i)  charging capacitor

	3. Draw the circuit with two capacitors    and     in series and
