Lab 6 - Questions ( and comments .... ) 

(Note : These questions are not a substitute, but a supplement, for the 
	lab manual. )


	0. In the ray drawing for the plexiglass slab, mention the
	   relative intensity of each ray. 


	1. A part of question 6 of part 1 is - "Do the sides of the
	   plexiglass slab appear parallel?" You should also mention how
	   you determined this. There's a better way than just looking at
	   the drawing and saying "ah, they seem parallel."


	2. Show all the error calculations for the question 7, part 1.


	3. On the drawing for prism with angle of incidence(AoI)  
	   approximately 30 degrees, complete the rays inside the prism
           and show which ray should disappear after decreasing the AoI.


	4. For the second drawing of the prism with total internal
	   reflection(TIR), again comlpete the rays inside the prism and
           show clearly the angle you'll use to do the calculations.


	5. When the AoI is 30 degrees, you see three rays coming out from
	   the prism.(Well, do you??) Once you decrease the AoI enough
           to get TIR, one of them disappears and one becomes brighter.
           (Does it?) Can you explain which one and why?
